Gabon: the 30 members of the 1st government of Clotaire Oligui Nguema
Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema formalized the composition of her first government on Monday, May 5, 2025, just after her inauguration.
Executive architecture has been deeply overhauled, in particular by eliminating the role of Prime Minister which is now integrated into presidential prerogatives.
This revised government, made up of 30 members instead of 35 during the transition phase, is characterized by the establishment of new ministerial departments and the merger of certain portfolios.
This reflects the president’s determination to optimize government intervention and to give new impetus to state management.
