CAN U20 2025: Six countries already qualified for the quarter -finals

Six countries have already qualified for the quarterfinals of the African Cup of Nations U-20 2025, CAN, in Egypt.

At least six countries are already guaranteed to compete in the quarterfinals of the CAN U20 2025 which takes place in Egypt. These are Senegal, Morocco, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, DRC and Ghana. The latter composted their ticket for the direct elimination phases after the third day of groups disputed this week.

Senegal beat DR Congo 2-0, while Ghana won 1-0 against the Central African Republic. The Flying Eagles of Nigeria drew 2-2 on Wednesday against Kenya. In the shock of the Magrebis, Morocco easily disposed of Tunisia (3-1).

The two remaining countries that will join the six in the quarterfinals will be known this Friday. Tanzania will face Egypt, while South Africa will challenge Zambia. Note that the quarter -finals will start on Monday with a shock between Nigeria and Senegal.
