Death of Cheikhna Cheikh Saadbou Aïdara: the head of state expresses his “deep sadness”

The President of the Republic, Bassirou Diomaye Faye, expressed, on Sunday, his “deep sadness” following the call to God of Cheikhna Cheikh Saadbou Aïdara, son of Cheikh Mouhamed Takhiyoullah and oldest of Cheikh Saadbou’s family.

The Head of State presented his “saddened condolences” to the family of the deceased, to the Khadre community of Senegal and Mauritania, as well as to “all the faithful whom he guided”.

President Bassirou Diomaye Faye also expressed prayers for the eternal rest of the deceased, asking God to welcome him into His paradise and grant him “His infinite mercy”.
