Audit of civil service agents: Minister Dianté visits the recruitment centers of Rufisque and Thiès
As part of the physical and biometric audit of the Civil Service workforce, the Minister of the Civil Service, Labor and Public Service Reform, Mamadou Lamine Dianté, carried out, this Monday, July 20, 2026, a field visit to the recruitment centers of Rufisque and Thiès.
“This mission is part of monitoring the execution of audit operations deployed throughout the national territory. It allowed the minister to inquire about the progress of operations, to discuss with the mobilized teams and to assess the effectiveness of the technical and organizational system put in place,” informs the supervisory note published Monday at the end of these activities.

During this visit, continues the same source, the minister praised the quality of the organization, the fluidity of the enrollment process and the professionalism of the teams deployed on the ground. He welcomed the smooth running of operations, made possible thanks to the mobilization of all stakeholders and the performance of the technological tools implemented.
“He also reaffirmed the availability of his services to diligently take care of all concerns that may be raised, in order to guarantee the success of this strategic operation within the allotted time frame,” we read in the text.
35 teams of auditors mobilized
As a reminder, launched on June 23, 2026, the process of biometric identification and authentication of state agents continues under very good conditions throughout the national territory.
To date, more than 35 teams of auditors are mobilized in the field, and 10 additional teams will strengthen the system in order to accelerate the pace of operations and ensure optimal coverage of audit sites.
It is urgent to emphasize that the physical and biometric audit of the Civil Service workforce aims to provide the State with a reliable, exhaustive and regularly updated database of its human resources. This operation constitutes a major lever for the authorities, for better control of the workforce, the strengthening of the governance of the State’s human resources and the rationalization of the payroll.
