Kenya: a man clings to a helicopter in full takeoff at a wedding
The scene, as spectacular as they are worrying, took place on Sunday April 13 in Rapogi, in western Kenya, on the occasion of the wedding of singer Prince Inda. A brand guest, the Oga Oga Youtuber, arrived on the scene aboard a helicopter, attracting the attention of many curious people.
Among them, a man, whose identity has not been specified, would have asked to embark on the aircraft to go to Nairobi, the Kenyan capital, located more than an hour of flight. Faced with the refusal of the crew, he first moved away … before returning a few moments later, under the dumbfounded eyes of the guests.
While the helicopter took off, the man gripped himself with the aircraft, hanging in the air for several seconds. Alerted by this unauthorized presence, the pilot quickly set the machine in a neighboring field, where the man was taken care of by residents.
Far from expressing regrets, he said, according to local media, that he felt capable of without difficulty enduring the 65 minutes of flight to Nairobi. Police said he could be prosecuted for endangering his own life as well as that of people on board.
