Dahra-Djolof: at 40, she gives birth to triplets
A married woman, aged around forty and living in the village of Véréane, not far from Dahra-Djolof, in the department of Linguère, gave birth to triplets this Tuesday, September 30, 2026 at the Elisabeth Diouf health center in Dahra-Djolof. They are two girls and a boy.
According to medical authorities at the health center, the three newborns are doing wonderfully. However, their mother, already the mother of four children, requires appropriate medical monitoring as well as a healthy lifestyle in order to guarantee adequate breastfeeding for her babies.
Now a mother of seven children, this family with modest circumstances is appealing to state authorities, local authorities and people of good will to benefit from medical and material support.
