Zesco United have made K96,000 ( $7,300) from the sales of replica’s to Japan.

This was after the clubs star midfielder Kosuke Nakamachi bought 200 of Zesco United’s new replica’s valued at K480 each and shipped them to Japan where they will go on sale at his old club Yokahama F Marinos.

Marino’s are Japan’s 5th most supported club according to data from Japanese Statistics website http://nbakki.hatenablog.com and in 2018 they had a total attendance of 370,401.

Nakamachi who opted to join Zesco United on February 1, 2019 after his contract ran out with Marinos is still a cult figure in the Japanese League and its expected the 200 replica’s will sell out in Japan.
