Mexican-Kenyan actress Lupita Nyong’o paid a touching tribute to her friend and comrade Chadwick Boseman on the third death anniversary of the Black Panther hero.

“Three years ago today, I felt a singular pain at the news of the death of @chadwickboseman. The confusion was so deep that it took me months to trust the feeling of joy again. This is a photo I took. filmed at the airport when we arrived in South Korea in 2018. We had just learned how to make a baby’s heart with our fingers. Here, Chadwick added his suave touch. We spent 72 glorious hours there, and the memory fills me with so much joy“, wrote the young lady in the caption of a black and white photo of the actor smiling in an airport in Korea, taken in 2018.

The one called Nakia in Black Panther comforted the mourners with kind words, reminding everyone that he would always be remembered fondly. ” Death is difficult to understand, perhaps even more difficult to accept. Chadwick Boseman died in 2020 after a four-year battle with colon cancer, making Monday, August 28, 2023 the third anniversary of his death. He was best known for playing Tchalla in the Black Panther film and the Marvel film series, but also starred in other impactful films like Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom.
