SENHABITAT 2026: Dakar hosts the International Housing Fair from October 22 to 24

The Senegal International Housing Fair (SENHABITAT 2026) will be held from October 22 to 24 at the King Fahd Palace in Dakar. Placed under the theme “Sovereign housing: Sunu dekkuwaay”, this edition intends to bring together public and private actors around the issues of housing, real estate and sustainable urban development.

For three days, SENHABITAT 2026 will provide a framework for exchanges and professional meetings for stakeholders in the housing, construction, town planning and land development sectors. The objective is to promote sustainable and innovative solutions, adapted to the needs of the Senegalese populations.

The discussions will focus in particular on the challenges linked to housing, access to property and sovereignty in the field of housing. The show also aims to encourage reflection on the prospects for sustainable urban development in Senegal.

Through this meeting, the organizers wish to mobilize the various stakeholders around the responses to be provided to housing needs and the challenges of transforming cities.

The ceremony and fair activities are planned at the King Fahd Palace. The reception of the press teams is set for 9:30 a.m.
