“Peeping Thomas” in hot soup for snooping on girl in bathroom
PEEPING on a 12-year-old girl while she took a bath has landed man aged 38 in court charged with indecent assault or annoying females contrary to section 137(3) of the Penal Code.
Brian Mando, a machine operator of Lusaka’s John Laing Compound is said to have been found peering at the Grade 6 pupil while she naked as she took a bath on January 18, 2021.
It is also said Mando tried to join the girl in the bathroom while she bathed promising go give her a K20 but she screamed for help.
