Official: Yassine Bounou signs with Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia

The Saudi club Al Hilal formalized this Thursday the signing of Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bounou, who has signed up for three seasons with the Gulf team, from Sevilla FC.
Announced a few days ago, it’s now official. Yassine Bounou is an Al Hilal player. The Moroccan goalkeeper signed up with the Saudi club for three seasons from Sevilla FC. The formalization was made this Thursday by the Riyadh-based team in a press release on its social networks. The cost of the transaction is estimated at 21 million euros and the brand new player of Al Hilal will receive an annual salary of 15 million.
Bounou thus joins the club which has just recruited Neymar Jr, former striker of FC Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, the former Bordeaux Malcom, the Senegalese Koulibaly, or even Milinkovic-Savic and Ruben Neves. Under his new colors, the player trained at Wydad Casablanca will wear number 37.

Al Hilal is 18 Saudi Arabian league titles, 4 AFC Champions Leagues and a finalist place in the last edition of the Club World Cup, last February in Rabat (defeat against Real Madrid) .
