Drama in Chad: three people found with their throats slit in Goré

The residents of the two villages near the town of Goré (Chad) are completely lost. Three people were found murdered in the middle of the street on the evenings of August 13 and 14, 2023.

According to letchadanthropus-tribune.com, two young Arab herders were the first victims. These teenagers left Kaba Rouangar in the direction of Goré. A group of about twenty people stopped them on the road between Kohbourdjeté and Balla.

The criminals first killed one of the young people before ordering the second to call his family to tell them where the bodies are to retrieve them. “He called his older brother to inform him of his situation, but he thought it was a joke. But in the end, the family found the two bodies where the young man indicated”reports the source.

On the evening of August 14, another 22-year-old farmer was also killed by a group of 13 suspected criminals, dressed in military clothing, in Kobo village, 13 kilometers from Goré.

According to a witness, the group was composed of five individuals (the victim and four children) when it emerged. There were warning shots. The frightened children fled. One of the children present said that the group of criminals took the victim, tied him up before slitting his throat.
