Beach Wrestling: 65 technicians trained
The training seminar for control technicians (August 29-September 6, 2026) exceeded initial forecasts. While around forty technicians were expected, the training ultimately involved 65 participants, all of whom received their parchment. “We exceeded the 40 planned, since we trained, in total, 65 people,” rejoiced Bira Sène, president of the Senegalese Wrestling Federation (Fsl). The training involved coaches, through Uww level 2 technical courses, as well as referees, who benefited from strengthening their skills in Olympic wrestling and beach wrestling. Mr. Sène praised the commitment of technicians and experts who agreed to expand the number of beneficiaries.
He believes that this type of initiative must continue, with international seminars providing a valuable opportunity for executives to acquire new knowledge and strengthen their skills.
