Kaolack: Minister Guirassy visits the new Ourour high school

On the sidelines of the closing ceremony of National Literacy Month, organized in Kaolack, the Minister of National Education, Moustapha Mamba Guirassy, ​​visited the new Ourour high school.

This entirely new infrastructure, according to a note from the supervisory authority published on Tuesday, strengthens reception capacities and sustainably improves teaching and learning conditions in the commune of Ourour.

“Its achievement is part of the dynamic of transformation and modernization of educational infrastructures, with the ambition of guaranteeing students a modern, functional school environment conducive to success,” adds the text.

Beyond the infrastructure, the new Ourour high school constitutes a structuring investment for the educational community and for the development of the territory. It contributes to bringing the educational offer closer to the populations and to promoting a school that is more accessible, more equitable and better adapted to the needs of students.
