Business competitiveness: Adepme and the SME Directorate strengthen their synergies
Strengthening the coherence of public interventions and integrating the actions of their structures into a concerted approach for the development of Senegalese SMEs is what the Director General of Adepme, Ismaïla Kébé, and the Director of SMEs, Henry Fall Carvalho, are aiming for as part of their cooperation.
The general director of the Agency for the Development and Supervision of Small and Medium Enterprises (Adepme), Ismaïla Kébé, and his teams received the director of SMEs, Henry Fall Carvalho, as part of a courtesy visit followed by a working session devoted to the prospects for collaboration between the two structures.
“The discussions focused on the strategic and operational links between the two entities, in particular on the joint actions to be undertaken to contribute to the implementation of the State’s orientations in terms of the promotion and development of SMEs”, informs Adepme in a note published on Friday.

According to the same source, the methods for strengthening collaboration between the two structures were also examined, with a view to better complementarity of interventions for the benefit of companies.
The meeting continued with a technical meeting on actions to be taken together to promote the competitiveness of SMEs. This coordination dynamic aims to strengthen the coherence of public interventions and to include the actions of the two structures in a concerted approach to serve the development of Senegalese SMEs.
